Job summary

Haven is seeking a proactive Burger King Manager at Haggerston Castle Holiday Park near Berwick-upon-Tweed. This full-time role leads an energetic F&B team to deliver fast-food service, manage budgets, and uphold brand standards.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, guide performance, and ensure safety and compliance. Key responsibilities include team leadership, guest experience improvement, performance reviews, scheduling and budgeting, plus training and development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roles such as Restaurant Manager, General Manager in a fast-food chain, or a similar management role within the food service industry.
