Job summary

Turners (Soham) Ltd is seeking experienced Bulk Powder Drivers to deliver bulk cement safely to customers and sites across the UK. A full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, Driver CPC/DQC, and a valid Digital Tachograph Card are required, with comprehensive training for bulk powder operations provided.

The role offers day and afternoon/evening shifts, with occasional nights out for tramping. You will work with transport and planning teams, complete delivery documentation, and uphold safety and customer

Qualifications

• Full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence required.
• Driver CPC/DQC required.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Professional and reliable approach to work.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and complete full bulk powder training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk cement safely and efficiently to customers and sites.
• Operate bulk powder equipment following training.
• Complete vehicle and equipment checks.
• Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Complete all delivery and transport documentation.
• Work closely with transport and planning teams.
• Carry out other transport operations when required.
• Comply with Tachograph, Working Time Directive and transport legislation.
