A high-end residential design and property management agency in London is seeking a Buildings Management Co-ordinator. This role, primarily office-based, will support the Head of Building Management with various responsibilities, including resolving property issues and managing client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a positive attitude, especially in high-end property management contexts.

We are working with a high-end residential design and property management agency, based in London, to help them find a Building Management Co-ordinator. Due to the nature of the role there is an office based position with no hybrid working.

This role will support the Head of Building Management on a daily basis, and the responsibilities are broad.

  • You will be required to help resolve problems with the houses that they manage, dealing effectively with household staff and booking maintenance and repair men when required.
  • Help manage and reconcile client accounts and spreadsheets, adding invoices, getting quotes and ensuring accounts are kept up to date.
  • Help manage day-to-day IT within the agency in terms of setting up new users with email accounts and helping with top-line IT issues before reverting to their IT support company if required.
  • Help the Head of Building Management with daily admin tasks and other adhoc support duties.

Fluency in Microsoft Office is essential, and the successful applicant will need a real can-do attitude, have bags of positivity, be highly diplomatic, have good negotiating skills, and ultimately be a real people person.

Ideally, applicants will have a background in high-end building/property management.
