Job summary

All England Lawn Tennis Club is seeking a Building Systems Manager to lead the in‑house ownership of estate building services and MEP infrastructure. This role shapes performance, resilience and future development across a world‑renowned venue, balancing capital projects with day‑to‑day operations.

You will guide design submissions, commissioning and asset records while driving decarbonisation and energy efficiency with internal teams and external specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience in building services design and operation.
• Knowledge of energy and decarbonisation strategies.
• Ability to review design submissions and coordinate commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across lifecycle of building systems.
• Review designs, submissions and commissioning activities.
• Maintain infrastructure records and standards.
• Collaborate with estate management and project delivery teams.
