Summary

We are seeking a commercially‑minded, experienced Building Surveyor to join our forward‑thinking London‑based office. This an incredibly unique opportunity for a dynamic Building Surveyor to undertake TDD surveys and construction monitoring services across a wide band of assets within the UK and across Europe. Essential Duties & Tasks

• RICS preferred
• Experience carrying out TDD reports & schedules of dilapidations
• Commercially‑minded, self‑motivated with a keen attention to detail
• Client‑facing with the soft skills required to develop client relationships
• Second language a benefit
• Willing to travel

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
• Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
• Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
• Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift
