As the buildings expert, you will work with all stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects to time and budget. You will interact with home and property owners, building contractors, loss adjusters and other professionals, so excellent communication skills, prioritisation, strategic thinking, as well as technical expertise, are all essential.In addition to specifying building repairs and acting as contract administrator, you will be called upon to produce technical reports on a range building matters and to assess and validate costs and quotations.Our surveyors adopt a mix of home, site and office-based working which helps support a healthy work/life balance, and you will have dedicated administrative and managerial support.This role demands excellent building construction knowledge, great organisation and time management, empathy and outstanding communication skills.
