Ernest Gordon Recruitment is representing a social housing construction specialist recruiting a senior Building Surveyor (Residential) for Orpington. You will lead surveys on residential properties and act as a senior team member, guiding project delivery and client liaison.

The role offers clear progression into management, in-house development, and funded qualifications. Working Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, you will contribute to refurbishment projects and new builds while upholding quality
