Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's technical delivery experience within a construction consultancy.
• Pre- and post-contract experience.
• Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in IT software: AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and bespoke systems.
• Organised, diligent, and commercially aware.
• A team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

Responsibilities

• Join the team to write reports for fire and façade replacement projects.
• Assist with report writing for cladding risk assessment and remediation work.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure accurate documentation.
• Support training and guidance on technical specifications as needed.
