Job summary

Blaymires Recruitment is partnering with a respected surveying and consultancy practice near Romsey to recruit a Building Surveyor. You will focus on report writing for fire and façade replacement projects while delivering high-quality client-facing services.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance, bonus, pension, and 25 days holiday. Full training, APC support, and ongoing career development are provided in a professional, forward-thinking team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s technical delivery experience within a construction consultancy.
• Pre- and post-contract experience.
• Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in IT software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Organised, diligent, and commercially aware.

Responsibilities

• Produce reports for fire and façade replacement projects.
