Ernest Gordon Recruitment is recruiting for a Building Surveyor (Progression to Senior) in the London/Croydon area. The role offers progression to senior level with a salary of £75,000 to £85,000 plus a generous holiday scheme, pension, paid fuel, site visits and a company bonus.

You will inspect properties, help engineers resolve problems, and visit sites across London, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Formación

• Surveying experience on existing buildings and plant rooms.
• Central plant replacement experience.
• Qualified in Mechanical/Building Service Design.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect properties to determine repairs and maintenance.
• Assist engineers in solving problems on site.
• Travel to sites across London and surrounding area.
• Ensure quality and time standards are met.
• 2 days in office and 3 days on site.
