Egis UK is seeking a Building Surveyor to join our team in Glasgow or Edinburgh, undertaking surveys, cost planning and contract administration for public and private sector clients.
You will work within a supportive team, progress APC, and travel across Scotland with occasional UK assignments, contributing to high-quality project delivery.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join our team in Glasgow or Edinburgh.
You will join our existing team of Building Surveyors and be provided with opportunities to work on projects in both the public and private sectors. This role would be suited to a Building Surveyor with a few years of post-graduate experience and working towards their APC. You should ideally have a blend of survey (condition survey, PPM and/or pre-acquisition) and contract administration experience. A strong understanding of construction technology is required. The position can be based out of our Glasgow or Edinburgh and will involve undertaking assignments primarily in Scotland but occasionally throughout the UK.
