Job summary

Insignis Talent is recruiting an experienced Building Surveyor to join a growing team delivering a diverse range of projects across the South. Work on Defence, Blue Light, Education and Housing schemes with values from £10,000 to £3 million.

You will undertake surveys, prepare reports, and administer projects under JCT and NEC contracts while ensuring health and safety compliance and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or a RICS-accredited equivalent.
• Sound technical knowledge and strong surveying experience.
• Experience across a range of projects and professional services.
• Good understanding of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Commercially aware with client relationship management.
• Capable of producing technical reports and specifications.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management.
• Proactive team player able to develop others.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor junior members of the team.
• Assist senior management with the successful delivery of regional projects.

About You
