Our client, a Building Consultancy based in Preston, is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their team due to continued growth. The successful candidate will work in the Commercial sector on primarily educational projects, undertaking both contract administration and professional work, with a slight emphasis on project work.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding building consultancy offering excellent APC support, working alongside RICS assessors. Hybrid working is available, with most projects within an hour of North West England.

Building Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £32k - £45k DOE
• Hybrid working: 3 days a week from home
• Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays

Building Surveyor Position Overview

• Perform a range of Building Surveying duties in the commercial sector
• Work on both project-based and professional instructions
• Projects mainly within 1 hour of the North West
• Work from the office, sites, and from home

Building Surveyor Position Requirements

• Hold a relevant degree in Building Surveying or similar field
• Minimum of 2 years' building surveying experience
• Ideally close to sitting final assessment for MRICS qualification (not essential)
• Full driving license and based in North West
