Your new company
I am currently recruiting for a Building Consultancy based in Nottingham. Offering a wide range of services tailored to commercial property stakeholders across the UK, they work across the commercial sector, specialising in dilapidations, project design, contract administration, condition surveys and party wall.

Your new role
You will work as an Assistant Building Surveyor, working alongside the Directors in the team. You will predominantly work with professional work such as dilapidations, surveys and party wall, however they do work with project management too.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in building surveying or equivalent as well as some experience in a building surveying role. You will be keen to start your APC or be working towards it. You will work for a leading consultancy in Nottingham that offers development and progression.
