Vision Property Experts are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual with a background in building surveying to join our expanding team. We are a small, family run business but an ambitious one who are looking to expand and grow whilst maintaining our family business ethos.

Role Description

Ideal candidate will possess a vast knowledge of all building fabric repair, have theoretical as well as hands on experience surveying / pricing works as well as managing projects to completion, will be highly organised, have experience managing a team and able to work under pressure.

The day to day activities involved with this role will include meeting both new and existing clients to inspect / survey new maintenance works, liaising with our director to price new projects, overseeing projects & larger works from start to finish utilizing and managing both our in house engineers and our extended contractor network and working with both our office team and directors to discuss potential new projects and contract opportunities.

We are an ambitious company who want this candidate to be a key person in the growth of this business. This candidate will be responsible for adding tangible value by way of new business and therefore added turnover.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Someone who has the connections and contacts that will lead to new business straight away.

Qualifications / Experience

• Hands on and theoretical experience in building surveying.
• Hands on and theoretical experience in project management.
• Comfortable pricing works once surveyed.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• An ability to excel under pressure.
• An ability to work well in a team.
• Comfortable working with a range of IT programme.

Job Type: Full Time / 4 Day Considered

Pay: £40,000 per year + Profit share bonus.
