Your new company
A part of a larger business with a turnover of £180 million, you will be working as part of the building consultancy team. Based in Manchester, you will be working in a great team environment alongside quantity surveyors, project managers, and other building surveyors. The office is easily accessible via public transport but also offers limited parking at the office.

Your new role
As a building surveyor working towards your RICS chartership, you will be part of an office of 200 people with a building surveying team of 7 nationally. If you are looking for secure and challenging new projects, this firm can offer commercial work, offices, retail, industrial, and private sector schools with project values ranging from £50k to £5 million, though a typical project is around £250k. Recently, the team worked on Barratt Homes commercial offices, retail work for American Golf, hotels, a £3 million shed extension, and a £3 million listed barn renovation. If you're after a varied workload, this is the place to be.

What you'll need to succeed
If you are a graduate building surveyor with a couple of years of experience, working towards your chartership, or a freshly chartered surveyor, I'd love to discuss this role with you.
