Job summary

Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to lead surveys, inspections and condition assessments across a diverse portfolio of historic, residential and commercial properties. You will oversee maintenance, refurbishment and capital projects from concept to completion, while managing contractors, budgets and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and CDM.

The role requires a degree in Building Surveying or related discipline, strong project delivery

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Building Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in building surveying and project delivery.
• Excellent knowledge of construction, maintenance and property compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Professional membership of RICS, CIOB or CABE is desirable.
