Job summary

South Lakes Housing is seeking a full-time Building Surveyor to carry out surveys on our properties. The role is 37 hours per week with hybrid working and a salary up to £43,609 per annum.

You will manage complex surveys including structural, mould and damp issues, adaptations and customer alterations, and help deliver Customer First outcomes for residents.

The Property Services directorate are looking for a full time Building Surveyor to help carry out surveys on our properties

37 hours per week

A great salary of up to £43,609 per annum

Plus a benefits package worth up to £5,000 per year.*
*Based on minimum employer pension contributions and maximum available benefit allowances.

As Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for all complex surveys including structural, mould and damp; adaptations and customer alterations and determining Customer First outcomes.
