Sussex Surveyors LLP seeks an experienced Building Surveyor to join its team and deliver expert, approachable service. You will handle Building Surveys, Schedules of Dilapidations, Defect Diagnosis, Specifications & Schedules of Works, Tender Analysis, Party Wall acts and more across a varied client base.

You will provide sound professional advice, manage client expectations and maintain the highest professional standards throughout every instruction.

Competenze

• Experienced within a Building Surveying environment.
• Ideally MRICS or AssocRICS qualified.
• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
• Empathetic, patient and able to put clients at ease.
• Highly organised with strong time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage a demanding workload.
• Commercially aware and focused on delivering excellent service.
• Strong team player who enjoys collaborative work.
• IT proficient and comfortable with CRM systems.

You’ll be working across a varied portfolio of instructions, including:

• Building Surveys
• Schedules of Dilapidations
• Defect Diagnosis
• Specifications & Schedules of Works
• Tender Analysis
• Party Wall Act administration
• Working with Block Managers and Managing Agents
• Contract Administration

You’ll be responsible for providing sound professional advice, managing client expectations and ensuring every instruction is delivered to a high professional standard.
