Due to continued growth Purslows has an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join our team of Chartered Surveyors and architectural designers carrying out work throughout Norfolk and East Anglia.

The successful candidate will be provided with a varied workload across a wide range of surveying and architectural work including the following:

• Residential and commercial building surveys
• Contract Administration
• Party walls
• Dilapidations

We are flexible in terms of experience - applications will be considered from apprenticeships/graduates to MRICS qualified surveyors. The following skills are required:

• Degree in Building Surveying (or working towards if apprentice)
• Competency in AutoCAD desirable
• Excellent communication skills and professional manner
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Desire to progress your career
• Full UK driving licence

The job is based in Cromer on the North Norfolk coast. Depending on experience hybrid working is available following successful completion of a probation period.
