Job Opportunity: Building Services/Technical Manager

We are working with a Tier 1 contractor near Reading to recruit a Building Services/Technical Manager. The company is a well-known national brand with a strong reputation and long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the supply chain. The regional office is near Slough, covering the M4 Corridor, Thames Valley, and Oxfordshire. They work in education, public sector, retail, leisure, and commercial sectors, with secured turnover for 2025 and 2026.

Current projects include Higher Education, Primary Schools, Leisure, Retail, local authority schemes, and NHS projects, valued from GBP20 to GBP90 million, won through frameworks like SCF, Pagabo, and DFE.

The role involves overseeing services packages across projects, collaborating with bid and estimating teams, design, and commercial teams, and managing subcontractors during installation, commissioning, and handover. It offers the chance to see your plans come to life from start to finish.
