Job description

The Company:

We are working with one of the most dominant players in the North West construction Market.

They are a part of a major construction group who take on a mixture of projects from new build/small refurb/extensions up to GBP200m+, technical challenging projects and have a long, successful history in the region.

They have a realistic turnover target given their presence on a number of key public sector Frameworks together with good relationships with many of the leading private sector clients/developers.

They operate in a number of sectors including; Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Multi Storey residential, Student Accommodation, Leisure, Industrial, Defence and Blue Light.

The Role:

Due to a healthy pipeline of work set for the rest of 2025 and beyond, they are now in a position to recruit a Building Services Manager.

The role will be split between their offices and sites and will oversee 1–3 schemes at anyone time.

You:

They are looking to meet with local individuals who have worked for a main contractor as a Building Services Manager.

Ideally you will have worked on similar schemes to those mentioned above with values in excess of GBP30m.

You will be working on some of the North West s iconic projects, so ideally you will be based in or able to commute to the North West on a daily basis.
