Job summary

Canary Wharf Management Ltd. is seeking skilled maintenance engineers to join our teams across managed buildings, infrastructure or retail areas. Some roles may require outdoor work.

Engineers undertake prescribed maintenance tasks, both pre-planned and reactive, within a team under an Engineering Supervisor. Salary £49,026 to £56,883 per annum depending on shift pattern, with a 3% shift allowance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Full-time apprenticeship in electrical or Building Services HVAC with City & Guilds Part 1 & 2 certification orNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
• Electrical or Building Services HVAC apprenticeship completed with City & Guilds is desirable.
• HVAC/building services maintenance experience in a modern building is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose faults and carry out repairs and maintenance.
• Perform routine servicing or adjustment of plant or machinery per the planned schedule.
• Record data and monitor plant as required.
• Maintain clean and safe working areas and comply with Health & Safety policies.
• Complete time/task sheets daily and assist as needed.
