Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting an experienced Building Services Manager to join a major construction project at Catterick Garrison on a 12‑month contract. You will lead the building-services delivery across pre-construction, design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in managing both mechanical and electrical building-services packages, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Strong experience in building services / MEP project delivery is required.
• Experience managing both mechanical and electrical packages.
