Job summary

Brown & Wills Recruitment is seeking a Building Services Manager to lead and coordinate building services on a major North Yorkshire project. You will oversee design input, technical specifications, and day-to-day coordination of mechanical and electrical subcontractors on site.

This long-term contract runs through to project completion in late 2027. You will drive progress, attend site and design meetings, manage interfaces between utilities, PV, security, CCTV, and ensure commissioning and OM

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer with mechanical or electrical bias.
• Experience coordinating both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Strong communicator at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Input into design and technical specification aspects of the project.
• Coordinate building services subcontractors and handle design changes.
• Review progress and attend build and M&E meetings.
• Coordinate utilities, sprinklers, PV, security and CCTV packages.
• Manage handover to client, including commissioning and OM manuals.
