Job summary

Nuffield Health in London is seeking a Building Services Engineer to deliver site-wide maintenance across our clubs. You will hold an electrical qualification (17th edition or equivalent) and bring strong knowledge of Building Management Systems, with experience in emergency lighting testing, PAT and water hygiene within a large industrial environment.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage the preventative maintenance program, oversee the engineering team, and ensure compliance while driving

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification (to 17th edition or equivalent) and knowledge of Building Management Systems.
• Experience with emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene and compliance in large industrial units.
• Experience managing site-wide maintenance and facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the site from building shell to grounds.
• Maintain pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating and ventilation.
• Oversee compliance queries and issues using CAFM system.
• Lead and inspire the team to continuous improvement.
• Apply hands-on maintenance and preventative maintenance program.
• Develop skills of self and team to strengthen the maintenance function.

Are you a Building Services Engineer with property maintenance and services experience, within the London region with a proven track record of success?

As a Building Services Engineer at our clubs, you’ll hold an electrical qualification (to 17th edition or equivalent) and a good knowledge of Building Management systems. You also have experience of emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene and other compliance areas in a large industrial unit.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the whole site – from the building shell to surrounding grounds.
• Maintain everything from our swimming pools to our mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating and ventilation.
• Ensure all queries and issues are dealt with securely and effectively, using an electronic CAFM system.
• Inspire the team to strive for constant improvement, thanks to the way you lead by example.
• Use your hands‑on experience and technical skills to operate an effective preventative maintenance programme.
• Improve your own skills and those of others to help build the strongest possible team around you.
