We are recruiting a Building Services Engineer for the Southern Renewals Enterprise, which involves multiple rail schemes across Network Rail's Southern Route (Kent, Sussex & Wessex) over 5+5 years.

The role is within the Buildings team, focused on station projects including renewal, relocation, refurbishment, and upgrades to lighting, power, CIS, PA/VA, fire alarms, CCTV, Help Points, Lifts, Escalators, and telecoms.

About you

• Technical qualification (e.g., Degree in civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, or HND)
• Experience delivering M&E projects in a Rail Environment
• Understanding of building services compliance with relevant codes and standards
