Job summary

Recruit4staff LTD, representing an established dairy manufacturing business in Stonehouse, seeks a Building Services Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems across the site, including lighting, sockets and basic fault finding.

The role includes supporting planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, monitoring site equipment such as boilers, compressors and cooling systems, and helping with basic plumbing, carpentry and fabric repairs, while upholding high safety

Qualifications

• Experience as Building Services Electrician or within a building maintenance environment.
• Qualified or time-served Building Services Electrician.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry and decorating.
• Multi-skilled approach across electrical and general maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to site safety, compliance and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• As a Building Services Electrician, you will carry out electrical maintenance and repairs across the site, including lighting, sockets and basic fault finding.

Job Role:

As a Building Services Electrician, you will carry out electrical maintenance and repairs across the site, including lighting, sockets and basic fault finding. The Building Services Electrician will also support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, monitor site equipment including boilers, compressors and cooling systems, and assist with general building maintenance such as basic plumbing, carpentry and fabric repairs.
