Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is required.
• Significant experience in building services or related discipline.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Building Services Team with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Plan and deliver major works and capital investments.
• Oversee procurement and contractor management.
• Ensure statutory compliance and health & safety.
• Engage stakeholders and residents during major works.
• Act as technical authority for complex projects.
