Job Description

This role will see you being involved with providing technical support to our site teams, to ensure that Building Services are designed, installed, and commissioned to required standards in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating delivery of utilities to meet programme constraints
• Coordinating pre-construction activities/deliverables associated with the Building Services sub-contract
• Ensuring coordination with other design disciplines
• Ensuring BWIC detailing is accurate and timely
• Supporting health and safety standards
• Coordinating technical approvals to ensure compliance
• Monitoring progress against programme
• Providing technical support to site teams with regards to Building Services works
• Ensuring contractual requirements are fulfilled
• Adding value to project delivery
• Ensuring systems are commissioned in a timely manner and in line with industry standards
• Preparation and presentation of all necessary Building Services related documents required for successful project handover

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building process and various building components
• Demonstrate working Microsoft Office knowledge
