Job summary

Ignite Talent Group Ltd is seeking a Building Services CAD Engineer to produce and update accurate 2D/3D CAD drawings for commercial and industrial projects. You will develop detailed layouts, interpret specifications and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure constructible designs.

The role requires strong AutoCAD skills, BIM coordination experience and the ability to work to project deadlines with minimal supervision. On-site UK work with a dynamic, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in CAD for building services or construction.
• Strong AutoCAD skills with ability to produce detailed drawings quickly.
• Experience interpreting architectural drawings and technical specs.
• Familiar with BIM workflows and coordination between disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Produce, amend and maintain accurate 2D/3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop building services layouts and design packages.
• Coordinate drawings with mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural designs.
• Identify clashes and resolve coordination issues with project team.
