Qualifications

• Knowledge of Building Safety Act 2022 and its implications for residents and buildings.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Experience in a resident-facing role, housing, or liaison work.
• Ability to handle challenging conversations, complaints, and sensitive situations.
