A leading housing organization seeks a dedicated individual for its building safety team in London. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality fire safety management and compliance across properties. Ideal candidates will have experience in fire safety, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to resident engagement. We are looking for someone to join our building safety team to support the delivery of high quality, legally compliant building and fire safety management across Phoenix’s property portfolio.
You will play a vital role in ensuring that our buildings remain safe, compliant, and that our residents are engaged and informed. This role suits individuals with an outgoing disposition who can work with and consult residents, offering a high level of customer service.
Are you experienced in fire safety or compliance-related roles within the housing or public sector? Do you have a working knowledge of relevant fire safety legislation?
If you are organized, able to prioritize your workload, and have an attention to detail, this could be the role for you.
