Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a Building Safety Manager in Birmingham to lead compliance across domestic properties and high rises, ensuring alignment with current legislations and fire safety programmes. This hybrid role offers professional development, career progression and a competitive package (£60,000-£64,000).

You will work with stakeholders, regulators and the senior management team to maintain high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in building safety, fire safety or overall compliance.
• Background within construction.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• NEBOSH Fire or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving License.

• Ensure all domestic properties and high rises are fully compliant in line with legislations.
• Key contact for the regulator and other stakeholders.
