Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Building Safety Manager to safeguard residents and help ensure compliance across our high-rise portfolio. You will support the Senior Building Safety Manager and act as the named Building Safety Manager for designated buildings, maintaining safety cases and assisting with MOR reporting, registrations, and audits.

As a Building Safety Manager, you will collaborate with teams across Notting Hill Genesis to enhance the safety of our homes and help ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Supporting the Senior Building Safety Manager, you will act as the named Building Safety Manager for an assigned portfolio of high-rise residential buildings. You will help maintain building safety cases, support duty holder responsibilities and provide assurance that the safety management system for your allocated buildings is effective.
You will work closely with residents, internal teams, the Building Safety Regulator and other regulatory and enforcement bodies. You will also support the accountable person with building registration, Building Assessment Certificate applications and Mandatory Occurrence Reporting.

Pending confirmation of legislative changes, this role may require a qualification to demonstrate competence. If not already qualified, there may be an expectation to study towards a professional qualification.
The ideal Building Safety Manager will understand safety and risk within complex residential buildings and be confident managing investigations and competing cases under time pressure. You will be able to interpret technical information and communicate clearly with residents, regulators and other stakeholders
