Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council is recruiting a Building Safety, Compliance and Assurance Administrator to join the Assets and Compliance team. You will support delivery of building safety programmes, maintain compliance records, and produce management information for senior managers and external bodies.

The role offers varied work, development opportunities, and the chance to contribute to resident safety and regulatory compliance, with flexible working and a strong benefits package.

Competenze

• In administrative or coordination experience.
• Advising on health and safety matters.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and its application.
• Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work on your own initiative.
• Excellent record-keeping and organisational skills.
• Positive, flexible approach and teamwork ability.
• Level 3 Health and Safety qualification or willingness to work towards it.

Mansioni

• Support delivery and monitoring of building safety and compliance programmes.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and databases.
• Produce management information, reports, and performance data.
• Monitor compliance actions and progress to completion.
• Assist with health and safety training coordination and record keeping.
• Assist with reports for senior managers, elected members, and external bodies.
• Manage enquiries, correspondence, and service requests.
• Promote health and safety awareness across the organisation.
• Provide administrative and project support to the Building Safety, Compliance and Assurance Team.
