London and Quadrant Housing Trust is recruiting for an Assistant Building Safety Manager to help ensure our buildings are safe and compliant. The role involves visiting higher-risk residential buildings, coordinating inspections, and maintaining building safety documentation.

You will work with Building Safety Managers and other teams to promote safety across the organisation, engage residents, leaseholders and regulatory bodies, and support the rollout of safety initiatives under the Building

Competenze

• Hold or work toward Level 4 Building Safety.
• Knowledge of social housing and operational building safety.
• Experience with stakeholders, residents and regulatory bodies.

Mansioni

• Support Building Safety Managers to ensure compliance.
• Visit high-risk buildings and conduct inspections across sites.
• Develop and maintain Building Safety Case Reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on safety matters.
• Track fire and building safety activities to ensure traceability.
