Job summary
SES Engineering Services in London is seeking a Building Performance Technical Manager to join our team. You will drive performance-led design and ensure technical excellence across bids and live projects, delivering energy and carbon analyses and coordinating with consultants.
You will mentor colleagues, help shape SES's building performance strategy, and collaborate with design, commercial, and project teams to embed performance strategies into delivery.
Qualifications
- Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline with professional membership desirable.
- Experience in energy modelling, dynamic simulation and carbon analysis.
- Knowledge of NABERS, BREEAM, WELL or Passivhaus certification schemes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert across bids and live projects, ensuring compliant, innovative solutions.
- Deliver and review building performance analysis including energy, carbon modelling and dynamic thermal simulation.
- Support bid teams by developing technical strategies and identifying risks.
- Undertake project technical reviews to optimise performance and drive value.
- Manage and engage with specialist consultants to ensure delivery aligns with programme.
