Job summary

Education Authority in Antrim is seeking a Building Performance Analyst to lead data-driven improvements across the school estate, focusing on energy efficiency, asset condition and sustainability. Qualifications

• Experience interpreting and analysing performance metrics to support senior managers on Building Performance Analytics and/or Energy Data Assessments.
• Collation, validation and analysis of large volumes of building performance data.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data from BEMS, meter readings and utility records to identify energy waste and optimisation opportunities.
• Provide technical assurance for energy efficiency projects through performance analysis.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to support decision making and reporting on energy and carbon performance.
• Collaborate with senior managers and external partners to deliver energy and carbon reduction initiatives.
