Smart Managed Solutions in Manchester is seeking a Building Performance Engineer to evaluate and optimise energy usage across our portfolio. You will analyse energy and mechanical data, identify efficiency opportunities, and work with stakeholders to implement strategies that meet environmental goals and regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on data-driven energy management, performance assessments, and ongoing optimisation across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy data analysis and building energy systems.
• Ability to interpret energy usage data and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Experience liaising with internal stakeholders and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse data from systems to evaluate asset performance and advise on maintenance and energy efficiency.
• Perform data analysis to quantify efficiency opportunities across the portfolio.
• Support deployment of data-led analytics solutions and energy compliance processes.
