Royal Mail is undergoing an ambitious transformation. The Construction team plays a key role in this, providing expertise and driving change to maximize value and ensure the property portfolio supports operational needs.
We are seeking a Regional Construction Manager to deliver capital improvement projects in the South East, London, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Anglia regions.
The Construction Manager will lead and execute capital improvement projects from inception to completion, managing teams from the CPSF / Contractor Framework. Responsibilities include overseeing project scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety during all phases of property programs and customer investment plans within Property & Facilities Solutions (PFS).
