Oyster in Central London is seeking an experienced Building Manager to own the day-to-day running of a busy commercial property. You will be the on-site point of contact, ensuring the building runs smoothly, is compliant, and delivers a great occupier experience.

Reporting to the property management team, you will manage contractors, supervise maintenance, enforce health and safety standards, build strong relationships with occupiers and stakeholders, and identify opportunities to raise

Qualifications

• Previous Building or Facilities Management experience within commercial property.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of building operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
• Confident, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
• IOSH or NEBOSH would be beneficial but isn't essential.

I'm working with an established property management business looking for an experienced Building Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a commercial property in Central London.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be the key point of contact on site, ensuring the building is well run, compliant and delivering a great experience for occupiers.
