Job summary

Mezzino is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our on-site team across our UK properties. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. You will perform general maintenance, repairs and inspections, log tests, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas.

Strong communication and basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are essential. Experience in building fabric maintenance and a GCSE/City & Guilds qualification are desirable; full

Qualifications

• Basic GCSE qualifications; City & Guilds or NVQ is preferred.
• Experience in building fabric maintenance and repairs.
• Good written and verbal communication and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer focused service to residents and colleagues.
• Monitor maintenance tasks and log inspections and repairs.
• Maintain and administer property maintenance records and spares.
• Coordinate with contractors and review RAMS & permits.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness across common areas.
