Job summary

Mezzino is seeking a Maintenance Operative to help keep our UK properties well-maintained, safe and clean for residents. You will support general maintenance, repair tasks and inspections, working closely with the site team to deliver excellent service.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours. You will manage on-site tasks, log maintenance activities, follow health and safety procedures, and liaise with residents and contractors to ensure high standards.

Qualifications

• Basic O' Level / GCSE qualifications or equivalent.
• Technical qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ).
• Experience in building fabric/maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance, repairs and inspections on properties.
• Log tests and checks and ensure maintenance items are inspected, repaired and logged.
• Provide a responsive, customer-focused service to residents and clients.
• Administer property maintenance records and ensure adequate stock and spares.
• Coordinate with contractors and monitor RAMS and permits to work.
