• Membership of RICS, CABE or equivalent (or qualified by suitable experience).
• Excellent communication and client relationship management across interactions and projects.
• Self-starting problem solver with up-to-date building codes and regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and regulatory assessments for Building Regulations compliance.
• Oversee inspection activities, enforce regulatory compliance, and issue notices under relevant legislation.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, certificates, and regulatory documentation with traceability.
