Responsibilities

1. Communicate with clients to manage and advise proactively.
2. Provide early technical advice.
3. Collaborate with Developers and Builders to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.
4. Review plans for compliance across various building types.
5. Manage workload, balancing site and office work.
6. Record inspection details systematically.
7. Build and maintain good relationships with clients and disciplines.

Requirements

1. Registered with BSR, minimum 2A grade or equivalent within class 2.
2. Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
3. Experience in plan checking and site inspections.
4. Good knowledge of Building Regulations.
