About the Role - The post holder will handle a range of building control, planning, and housing adaptation duties. Responsible for managing multiple projects daily, ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards during construction or conversion projects.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor less experienced technical staff to maintain high standards and service levels in RBCA activities.
• Assist in the introduction and delivery of new products and services.
• Assess applications and attend meetings, training, and seminars as required.
• Represent the company professionally and advocate for Assent.
• Manage a portfolio of projects within a specific geographical area.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
• Manage inspection schedules efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote business growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to assess safety, risks, and enforce regulations.
• Valid UK driving license.
