Join a leading vehicle manufacturer as a Building Facilities Engineer in Warwick. This role offers a 4-day work week with no weekend and on-call duties. Job Title: Building Facilities Engineer
Location: Warwick
Hours: 37 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 06:30 – 16:00

Looking for a role where your technical skills make a real impact every day? We’re looking for a Facilities Engineer to join our team in Warwick. In this hands-on position, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our site infrastructure – ensuring our buildings, plant, and equipment run safely, efficiently, and compliantly.

From reactive repairs and fault-finding to supporting improvement projects, this is a dynamic opportunity for someone with a passion for keeping things running at their best.

What You’ll Do as a Building Facilities Engineer

Carry out preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on buildings, plant, and equipment

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults

Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance work and inventory

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Respond to breakdowns and support continuous improvement initiatives

Provide facilities support across multiple sites as required

What we need from you for the Building Facilities Engineer:

Proven experience in facilities or plant maintenance

A completed mechanical or craft apprenticeship (or equivalent time-served experience)

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Comfortable working at height, with an IOSH certificate

Excellent communication and a team-first mindset

A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to manage your own workload

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with maintenance systems
