Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Fabric Technician to support site maintenance across multiple locations. You will handle building fabric tasks, plumbing and decorating, while coordinating a small team and ensuring safe, compliant work practices.

You will work under the Technical Supervisor and AOM, delivering planned and reactive maintenance and supporting refurbishment projects. Strong HSE knowledge and practical trade skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in building fabric tasks as per the fabric competency matrix.
• Ability to organise and oversee fabric projects and technicians.
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety and environmental requirements.
• Proven building trade experience and practical workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver maintenance and reactive works on building fabric and plumbing tasks.
• Support the Technical Supervisor and Area Operation Manager on sites.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers and CBRE management.
• Ensure compliance with processes, procedures and statutory health & safety.
• Record risk, losses or defects and report for corrective action.
• Complete Site Activity Logs accurately and on time.
• Contribute to uplift and refit projects with the Projects & Construction team.
• Apply environmental responsibilities in line with CBRE policy.
