Job summary

A leading company is seeking a Class 2 Building Control Surveyor for a Local Authority contract role. Class 2 Building Control Surveyor - Local Authority (Contract)

Location: London

Hourly Rate: £75/hour for Class 2D, £85/hour for Class 2F

IR35: Inside

Panoramic Associates is working with a Local Authority to appoint an experienced Class 2 Registered Building Control Surveyor. You'll play a key role in safeguarding community safety, delivering expert inspections, and ensuring compliance across various projects.

Role Highlights:

• Carry out unsupervised inspections for compliance with Building Regulations.
• Advise contractors and developers on technical compliance.
• Manage records and site data in line with statutory requirements.
• Support with high-risk or complex applications, depending on class.

Requirements:

• Current Class 2 registration (2D or 2F).
